Recently, there have been a spate of arson attacks on Teslas and Tesla facilities. You can read more about that here: https://abcnews.go.com/Business/video/investigation-underway-apparent-tesla-arson-attacks-119962366 This market will resolve to "Yes" if at least one person is found guilty of arson involving a Tesla facility or property, or any vehicle owned or produced by Tesla, between March 20 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". This market will resolve according to the initial judgment rendered a relevant case. Any appeals will have no bearing on the resolution of this market. The primary resolution source will be an official judgement delivered a the ruling court; however, other credible reporting may be used.
Megathegabriell send me a 1000 tip plsn
Oh, that resolved faster than I thought. I was sleeping! I missed the great reveals!
Welcome to the Polyscamm, where whales manipulate everything. Quit this market
hahaha so that guy that was spamming every single market was insider trading. nice 👍
Next time we see widespread cross-market spam, we will know what to do.
people really don't know about law terms
There is no conviction
Nadolski was convicted and sentenced, and is currently in prison. He's one of at least 3 tesla arsonists that resolves this market.
Please reimburse me my 50 dollars thx
In addition to Nadolski, there's also this case out of the netherlands involving 2 Tesla arsonists that satisfies this market: [link removed]
Still waiting for them to fill my docs request from the Dutch court, but unlikely to matter at this point
Congratulations, your gamble paid off. Would you be so gracious as to share some of your spoils with your defeated foes?
Hey Windwalk, could you tell me a bit more about when you first found a case that satisfied the rules and how you managed to find that case?
This is terrible, he has been arrested but not found guilty.
no trial date or plea deal has been made so he is not 'found guilty', that still needs to be confirmed
Someone should dispute this. Go to department of justice website and you won't see any conviction for Tesla arsonist
Check the Indiana Superior Courts, you’ll see the conviction there. Search: Matthew Nadolski [link removed].gov/mycase/#/vw/Search

Then explain why this evidence was not enough before? Those cases are public
Because nobody noticed. If it was proposed back when he was convicted it would have resolved then too.
This should not be resolved. No criminal conviction yet. an indictment is not the same as a conviction. An indictment is a formal accusation that a crime has been committed, while a conviction is a formal declaration that someone is guilty of a crime after a trial.
There was a conviction. He’s currently serving a sentence in prison because of that conviction [link removed]
The disputer is dumb, disputed only once means you will lose everything, come on again!
He sold everything. If someone disputes again it won't be him.
Don't waste your money disputing. It is over
It ain't over till the fat lady sings!
There's money in the play so propably dispute coming.
Why are no holders so angry you can find the evidence rn
You have only 5 yes shares. What a win.
Wow….

Then I don't understand the point of investing 9800 dollars to win 200 with the risk of losing them because it is not yet resolved
