Can anybody dispute it?
Yes but there is a bond required to bail to dispute. In order word you have to pay (usually 750$) and if dispute win you get your money back and half the money of whoever proposed. If your dispute lose you lose the money
*Correction apparently if you win it's 250$ as reward not half their 750.
Why is YES resolution proposed? Are there any news?
Only reason I could find was linked to Laurore Ltd who had a 0% reported but Gemini was just being stupid and after searching for sources I ended up confirming it was a 0% change rather than going to 0. They dropped under 250m but not under 10m. Someone did dispute the proposal but very late as per usual
Great, it's been disputed! What's next? Who can propose NO resolution?
Well ain't that funny the answer is the same as who can dispute: Anyone can but they have to put 750$ bond. If they win they get reward of 5$. If they get disputed correctly they lose it... There are few people/bots who specialise into proposing resolution to get the 5$ but some market like this one are .... not easy to know the exact result is it. Proving something happened is easy if it happened. Proving something didn't happen is easier if it's a single possible event but here you would have to be able to check all hedge fund and if you get a negative you kinda still need to prove it. It is a risk. It says with public info from May 15th so I do assume the answer is out there already just gotta compile it and have someone ready to put money on it to propose
