definitive evidence would have to mean that if it were fake, the creator of said video would need to provide actual proof that the video is fake (ie editing software, 3d models used...). Tricky wording, but it seems hard to resolve to YES.

Don’t think the right answer is to ask yourself whether it’s fake since we all know the truth. But the government will never admit it

it's not the source, this youtuber simply made an upscale version of original video he found on 8kun (fake for sure, but this youtube link doesn't prove it)
