This market will resolve to "Yes" if Israel is officially banned from participating in the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 by November 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". An official announcement of a qualifying ban within the specified timeframe will suffice, regardless of when it takes effect or whether it is later revoked. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and Eurovision; however, a consensus of credible reporting will suffice.
Never gonna happen. I bet just 1$ on yes, just in case if a christmas miracle happens.
While the pressure from countries like Iceland and Sweden is massive, the EBU will drag this decision out until January or even later, hoping the political issue just magically disappears. They want to avoid the firestorm this month.
European specialty, double-standard Virgin Mary
that was the easiest "No" ever. Israel rules the EU, they would never ban its lord
Im from Venezuela who is going through a difficult situation, there is no future, support me with a donation and change my life, I will be grateful...l
Actually, you've got a 13% chance the U.S. invades Venezuela this year and gives you a future. Hope. I just put hope in your begging jar.
😂🤣
Shouldnt the price be 98 ish percent now? They said they are waiting to make a desicion
Yup, it should probably even be resolved completely.
YES is massively underpriced due to the ceasefire. Public opinion globally is still very opposed to Israel. It will take years to repair.
The problem is not the national TV broadcasters. It's their audiences: the wide public will boycott and not watch if Israel participates = no advertisers = no money
YES-NO should price in the mid 40s for YES. NO is way to risky beyond 70.
Just in that they are waiting...
Oops! Thanks for the heads up.
They moved the vote to December
No problem haha. Did you sell in time?
lost 50%.. better than 100%. I’ll never again make a bet that requires Europeans to have a backbone
Funny how the only argument on the YES side is that Muslim countries vote… they are seriously 5 Muslim nations who can vote and only like 2-3 maximum will go for ban. But if you actually look at the facts 25% of the nations wants a ban, 73% are against a ban, 2% are unsure.
Israel had the most amounts in public voting during last years Eurovision. Israel will never be banned. Also if a ceasefire happens then we have no reason for banning Israel. Also if the war ends before Eurovision. There is no way anyone will care, the worlds move on sadly. Happens all the time
Guess I sold the bottom :(
Are these odds the result of a possible ceasefire?
Both that and that Germany will withdraw if Israel is banned. Also Germany stands for a big amount of the budget for Eurovision. Also people realize this is just talk. It is always cries every year: However still Israel never get banned.
This makes no sense. It was common knowledge Germany is Israel's biggest Ally after the US. People already knew that. Unless the voting committees really want eurovision to take place. But also Muslim nations vote on this. No way they vote in Israel's favor. It will be very close no way 80c no is the real probability
Israel will drop out. The vote is simple majority of 68 members, including several muslim nations.

Israel will avoid the vote and drop out.
Israel looooves to be victims - I'd say addicted to it - so they will not drop out when they instead can either participate in all its glory (/s) or sulk over being kicked out...
They will not. I read that it was offered to them and they dism7ssed. If Israel drops out, they fear they might nit be able to return to contest upcoming years. Being in Eurovision is paramount to them to maintain image that people still support them.
There are rumours Israel could drop out by its own, but I won't sell my shares and take the risk of a loss.
I guess it will also resolve to no if they "spontaneously" drop out?
Agree, I would like a clarification if a no participation from Eurovision would count as a ban
It very much wouldn't. Official ban only.
Does having a "white flag" or "international athletes" count as a ban?
this has to go N. nobody will watch the competition if there are no hot jewess ladies
Only Israelis and Americans will watch Eurovision if Israel is not disqualified.
