This market will resolve to "Yes" if Jimmy Kimmel ceases to be the host of Jimmy Kimmel Live! for any length of time between market creation and May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". An announcement of Kimmel's resignation/firing before this market's end date will immediately resolve this market to "Yes", regardless of when the announced resignation/firing goes into effect. Suspensions, administrative leave, or other temporary measures will not qualify. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from ABC or Disney, however a wide consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
Kimmel will be hosting the show long after that orange fatso is gone.. What a shame this admin is, the only time in US history when there is not a single competent person in the ruling admin.. Even the first trump's term was better and that says a lot (since even then, he had the lowest approval rate in modern history)

we have fallen so far that this is even a question. Free speech should not be partisan. These clowns hate the constitution.
Free speech was created to be partisan you need to educate yourself on what free speech actually is.
You need to educate yourself on what free speech is and why it was important. It's very nature is to be partis an.
Let me assist you with the reading comprehension. The OP is saying that the right to free speech should extend to all parties (ie. there should not be partisan restrictions on free speech)
free speech has limits on broadcast television. Kimmel himself has no free speech rights with respect to his show, ABC does. But they have an FCC license from the govt to operate on that spectrum. There are regulations they have to follow. The purpose of broadcast is really to inform the public. So the govt could pull their broadcast license, which would devastate them. I am not arguing against free speech to be clear. But this is a nuanced case, its not that he can just say whatever he wants -- even in public one cannot yell fire in a theater, its not protected speech.
You’re retarded
