This market will resolve to "Yes" if José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero is sentenced to any time in jail/prison for any charges, by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". This market will remain open through December 31, 2026, or until the specified individual is sentenced to time in jail/prison, regardless of any initial sentencing that does not include prison. Any sentencing will qualify, regardless of subsequent appeals or changes to the sentence. Civil lawsuits, regulatory actions, administrative complaints, investigations without charges, internal employment actions, or public accusations without the filing of criminal charges will not qualify, even if widely reported or described colloquially as “charges.” If at any point the investigation or any resulting criminal case against the specified individual formally ends without any possibility of a jail/prison sentence being issued, including due to no charges being filed, charges being dismissed, an acquittal, or any other situation in which no judgment is rendered or will be rendered by the court, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the relevant government and law enforcement; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Dinero gratis. La semana pasada declaró Granados por la Gürtel :) Aun suponiendo que le condenen, Zapatero no va a entrar en la cárcel en 10 años.

No se viene nada porque las condiciones de la apuesta exigen que tiene que tener condena, lo cuál no va a pasar este año y muy probablemente no lo vean mis ojos. Ni siquiera Ábalos tiene condena aunque esté en prisión preventiva. El PSOE es una mafia y tienen que caer muchos naipes para que caiga el jefe.
condena le acabará cayendo no muy tarde, pero este año es imposible por los tiempos judiciales... este mercado es bastante absurdo desde su creación.
No le cayó a Pujol, no le cayó a M. Rajoy... Como he comentado abajo, en este país solo se condena a los payasos, no a los dueños del circo.

No diré en internet lo que espero que le pase a esta gente que ha hundido el país... pero aunque lo metieran en prisión preventiva la apuesta no se resuelve como "Sí". Para que se resuelva el "Sí" tiene que tener CONDENA, lo cual es imposible en el sistema judicial español. Llevan como 10 años juzgando a Pujol y no tiene condena! Y todavía no sabemos quién era M. Rajoy! Aquí solo van a la cárcel los payasos, no los dueños del circo.

Los abogados agotarán y recurrirán todos los trámites procesales, solicitando prórrogas que el juez concederá para no vulnerar el derecho efectivo a la defensa y evitar nulidades.
