June 30$233 Vol.This market will resolve to "Yes" if there is an official ceasefire agreement, defined as a publicly announced and mutually agreed halt in military engagement, between Pakistan and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. If the agreement is officially reached before the resolution date, this market will resolve to "Yes," regardless of whether the ceasefire officially starts afterward. Any form of informal agreement will not be considered an official ceasefire. Humanitarian pauses will not count toward the resolution of this market. A peace deal or political framework will qualify if it includes a publicly announced and mutually agreed halt in military engagement, effective on a specific date. Frameworks or agreements that outline terms for a future peace but do not include an explicit, dated commitment to stop fighting will not count. This market's resolution will be based on official announcements from the governments of Pakistan and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan; however, a wide consensus of credible media reporting stating an official ceasefire agreement has been reached will suffice.
Hmmm
these countries are doing nothing related to warfare and STILL not declaring a ceasefire💔

Direct talks happening in Beijing
This seems a hedge for other market that Pakistan military action against Afghanistan. They may hedge each other.

“The Pakistani government has formally declined all ceasefire requests from Afghanistan. Operation Ghazab-lil-Haqq will proceed without interruption until the threat of terrorism is fully neutralized.“
Ramadan is approaching, and a humanitarian pause will be announced for this period (which is not count), freezing the conflict at least until the beginning of next month.
You've got Pakistan declaring "Open War" and the world’s attention 100% shifted to the Middle East. Usually, markets lag behind during chaos like this, but logically, the path to a formal deal by March 31 looks nearly impossible right now. With the U.S. and Israel hitting Iran and the Gulf states now facing retaliatory strikes, the diplomatic oxygen in the room has completely vanished. Qatar and the Saudis, the main mediators for Pakistan and Afghanistan, are literally under fire, so hosting peace talks is the last thing on their priority list.
They both want to finally win a war
afghanistan did win against the ussr, and pakistans victories in 1965 and 1947 have been heavily disputed so ig what ur saying is harsh but sensible in a way. but correct option theyre not stopping
not the year for hard feelings bro. I wish peace to everyone but we have to be realistic
im not from any of those countries twin
how stupid of people to actually believe this war is going to hold. both the countries would run their reserves the war lasts a moth
yeah just like the other conflicts, "its gonna be a quick in and out"
