The primary resolution source for this market will be information from South Korean president Yoon Suk Yeol, however a consensus of credible reporting that the president has lifted martial law will also qualify for a "Yes" resolution.

actually initially when I dispute, the facts was not clear he said he will lift it but I was not sure he has by the time of proposal, so I thought it was P4, but after all the facts gathered in the next few hours, it seems it was actually lifted at 4:30 am korean time, so I believe it should be yes and my proposal was wrong, I did all my actions based on facts

The National Assembly can only pass a resolution requiring the president to lift the marshall law. The power to actually lift it resides with the president who in all fairness has declared he will but hasn’t done so yet.

To be fair he is required to follow the resolution if it passes. The question now is when he will do it. He has said in a televised announcement that he will. Hasn’t happened as of yet.
