This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Trump Administration (including any federal court) publicly releases any previously classified, sealed, or unreleased files pertaining to the illegal activities of Jeffrey Epstein, which contain names of Epstein's associates, by February 27, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Announcements of declassifications or releases that are not implemented within this market's timeframe will not qualify. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the government of the United States, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
Trump said the other day he will release the Epstein files so that statement shows how very wrong the final outcome was.
this was wierdly a scam. its clear that what they released was not containing names.. only info on the projects they did.
....which contain names of Epstein's associates
Wow this was a clear no. Crazy how something so clear could be botched. Even if I was on the yes side I would have expected to lose this bet. It is what it is I guess. I must tread carefully moving forward.
You are an idiot
We need to file a lawsuit against Polymarket!!! Who's with me?
Just admit you didn't read the rules.
I am.. and I did read the rules, and I did recruit a lawyer in NY to assist with this. Polymarket is defrauding its users. I do not wish to defame Polymarket, i do with for them to get batter. They never responded to my e-mails and now its time for litigation.
so… where are they? no redacted stuff or any of that
Nothingburger King
Now that the market has resolved, yes holders can finally admit that they got a blessing with this one lol.
erasmus spent $2.1m for $6,400 hahaha, good on him i guess but woof
the answer is literally no rip
Scammed
Lawsuit going to be hefty if this is resolved as yes. Countless lawyers are ready to file a suite.
Wow. Good thing I’m not in the US. Haha. Silly you. I can still count a few.
Bro dont tell me you spent here 321 bucks to get 1 buck more
You can't file a lawsuit against a blockchain. You can only ban the Polymarket website so you won't be allowed to access the blockchain, but people in other countries will.
I am a Japanese national residing in japan, although my husband litigates in the US and yes you can sue anyone. Their terms that claim you have to sue them in panama are incorrect and in the US, anyone can sue anyone else.. this is factually how litigation works. Too bad they are a US company raising capital in the US and being headquartered in NY and they are messing with brainy people who know the law.
Hope they rly fact checked and resolve it no
I spent my last dollar on this, hopefully I don’t get evicted
...
My first trade ever turns out to be like this
Polymarket is fucking rigged to be pro Trump. Let this be your lesson.
Shut the hell up, clown
Will no win this?
Well at least now we know to look out for these rigged markets, there's no point in going to [link removed] to commit votes when there are people with millions of dollars who can bend the market how they please.
fact
Literally, saw the amount of votes for Yes there and it blew my mind. Awful system, the rich definitely get richer.
what was the vote split like?
Don't buy "No'", this UMA dispute system is as shitty as it gets, given that UMA token holders (tokens giving the right to vote) have chosen to be systematically biased when Polymarket makes a clarification, however shitty and fraudulent it may be. Voting for the choice winning the majority = making money, voting for any other choice = losing money, so they'll always follow their bias to make sure they're in the majority. You can see on their discord the mf who only earn their money by taking advantage of these systematic voting biases that allow them to scrape up 2-3% when the resolution is in dispute.
Yes, but everyone should be aware of this before they can bet 1 cent on this platform. They dare to promote a “decentralized” resolution system, and then you learn that UMA token holders lend their tokens to voting pools who will vote on their behalf, there are few other ways to say that you don't give a shit about the fairness of a vote lmao
e.g. [link removed]
surly you can't buy no now and if it gets resolved to no get a 100x?
It's not gonna resolve to no, it's already been disputed. Look into Uma to see why this is complete bullshit.
wonder what " a consensus of credible reporting will also be used." will mean as far as I know the consensus is that nothing concrete, pretaining to illegal activities (flight log) was released, but whatever
