That means the birthright citizenship proposal can move forward in the states that challenged it as well as those that did not. The court was divided on ideological lines, with conservatives in the majority and liberals in dissent.
Learn how to read a ruling folks. The order is not lifted and explicitly cannot take effect for 30 days after the ruling, the meantime the lower courts have been asked to reshape their injunctions. You proposed way too early.
The Supreme Court ruling did not add a new 30-day delay. It removed the block that prevented the existing order (with its own 30-day clause) from moving forward.
