Hannah Cobb, 25, of Keysville as been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the domestic shooting death of her boyfriend (see: https://theaugustapress.com/burke-county-woman-charged-with-involuntary-manslaughter-in-death-of-boyfriend/) This market will resolve to "Yes" if Hannah Cobb is found guilty of the charge of involuntary manslaughter by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If Hannah Cobb's trial is dismissed, ends due to a plea agreement without an admission of guilt, or results in a mistrial for the charge of involuntary manslaughter, this market will resolve to "No". This market will resolve according to the initial judgment rendered in this case. Any appeals will have no bearing on the resolution of this market. The primary resolution source will be an official judgement delivered by the ruling court; however, other credible reporting may be used.
Don't feel like playing games: This won't resolve until the end of the year. ( If there's no trial, there's no dismissal of the trial)
So you could trap people buy buying yes at low prices, trapping their money for five months and at some point they sell to you for like 6-10x. But I don't feel like it today so I'm writing this instead. Good day everyone!
So this resolves No then right? Her trial was dismissed and judge stated "the case is closed".
insane market name lmao

What a market premise 🫣
In a recent legal development, an 86-year-old Kansas City man, Andrew Lester, pleaded guilty to second-degree assault for shooting a Black teenager, Ralph Yarl, who mistakenly rang his doorbell in 2023. Lester, who initially faced charges of first-degree assault and armed criminal action, will be sentenced on March 7 and could face up to seven years in prison. This case highlights ongoing debates about self-defense, gun policies, and racial tensions in the U.S.[1] -- Powered by Perplexity
