In the event of any extenuating circumstances that prevent Joe Biden from continuing the race, this market will also resolve to "Yes". If Joe Biden does not drop out or is not forced to withdraw from the 2024 Presidential Election by 12:01 AM ET on November 5, 2024, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Joe Biden or his official/legal representatives, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
