ok let's do this very slowly. The original market says the market will resolve yes if Biden pardons more than 145 people. Then we got a clarification, meant to clarify that the marijuana group pardoning did not count. Again, Polymarket could have been clearer here. But we have another market that resolves YES for various members of that group. If those people count there, they count here.
clarification explicitly states to ignore individuals in that list towards the count of pardons
again, "which excludes individual members of a class of persons granted a pardon by proclamation to determine the number of pardons"
So all that pulling up of the Jan 6th list won't count towards the count.
The same as with the marijuana case.
