This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump makes any public statement on Aug 18, 2025 (ET) in which he insults, mocks, or attacks Volodymyr Zelenskyy personally or professionally in a clearly negative manner. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". This includes calling Zelenskyy weak, stupid, disloyal, a failure, using an insulting nickname, using other derogatory language, or using the negative form of a positive trait in a derogatory personal way (e.g., “Zelenskyy isn’t smart”). Negative forms used in reference to Zelenskyy's professional actions, policies, or decisions (e.g., “Zelenskyy isn’t being smart about this policy”) will not count. Policy disagreements stated without disparaging language will not count. A direct reference will qualify even if Zelenskyy is not named, so long as it is reasonably clear from context that he is the subject. Any written, verbal, or recorded public statement by Trump qualifies.
He mocked Zelensky not having elections to the White House press pool with Zelensky sitting there.. that has to count..
Wasnt even remotely close to mocking
Did you see the video, he mocked him and said “so if I’m in a war 3 1/2 years from now do I get to keep power and not have an election” and everyone laughed. That was mocking, is English your first language? I mean that as a serious question not a petty insult.
sounds like you're coping, bubba...take the loss and move on
Called a joke, mocking requires cruelty
this is literally autism sir
Sounds like your 12 years old
down 5 grand...that's brutal, buddy. imagine all the cool things you could've done with that?
this market will make a lot of money in the dispute of UMA
uma bait
We are going to see a truth social post, if not by today then tomorrow XD
Calling him the Green Goblin would be cool.
Don't let your hatred of Zelensky influence your financial decisions
You really think Trump does not drop ONE disparaging remark?
Any public statement includes truth social posts?
Should be interesting
I lean towards yes because of how friendly he was with Putin, and past interactions he has had with Zelenskyy
Exactly.
Previous Confrontations: Trump and Zelenskyy have a documented history of public disputes: February 2025: Trump publicly berated Zelenskyy in an Oval Office meeting, calling him "disrespectful" and "gambling with World War III" February 2025: Trump called Zelenskyy a "dictator" and falsely claimed he "started" the war, while Zelenskyy accused Trump of spreading Russian disinformation Recent Months: Trump has repeatedly made disparaging comments, calling Zelenskyy a "modestly successful comedian" and claiming he has "done a terrible job"
This is a no-brainer, he will for certain disparage him.
This is a tough call given how the last meeting went.
