Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". If Kamala Harris announces that she will vote for another candidate or endorses another candidate for NYC Mayor, this market will immediately resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be official information from Kamala Harris or one of her representatives, or a consensus of credible reporting of Kamala Harris's endorsement.
