This market will resolve to “Yes” if, according to the ISW map, Russia controls the intersection of Zaporizkyi prospekt (H-15) and Minska vulytsia in Kurakhove Ukraine by November 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET. The intersection will be considered captured if the intersection where the roads meet is shaded red on the ISW map (https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/36a7f6a6f5a9448496de641cf64bd375) by the resolution date. If the area is not shaded red by November 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, the market will resolve to “No”. Once Russia captures the intersection, any subsequent loss of control will not be considered towards the resolution of this market. There are some living phenomena that predict the future and work at the ISW, apparently. What credibility can an institute have that on November 30 presents a map updated at 1:30 ET on December 1? Without considering that 11.59 pm ET corresponds to 5.59 am in Europe, and therefore in Kurachove. May Polymarket change the reference map once and for all. For the bet on Vuhledar they made a mess because of which a lot of people, who had actually won, lost a lot of money.

I'm just saying that Deepstate is run by Ukrainians and sometimes DS shows more progress than ISW. Then it is normal that by playing I accept the rules in full, and the rules say that if at midnight in New York the ISW map indicates a certain thing that logically remains. The point is, now that ISW is screwing up for the second time, I'll try to focus on other things. ISW is consistent and professional - they do not update without geolocated footage. There simply wasn't any in Ugledar or in Kurakhove. They don't fill in the blanks with inferences no matter how obvious. The reason for this loss and the one in Ugledar is that RU continues to move methodically so as to minimize their losses. I expected that not to be the case given the state of the Keiv Junta forces at this point, but I think they are grinding them down until the point when they really feel they can press on the gas. I expect that time will come in the next 2 months.
