This market will resolve to “Yes” if, according to the ISW map, Russia captures the intersection between T-05-15 and Shakhtarskoi Slavy vulytsia located in Rodyns'ke by September 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. The intersection station will be considered captured if any part of the intersection is shaded red on the ISW map (https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/36a7f6a6f5a9448496de641cf64bd375) by the resolution date. If the area is not shaded red by September 15, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, the market will resolve to “No”. If Russia comes into control of this territory as a result of a negotiated settlement, this will qualify for a 'Yes' resolution, regardless of whether it is shaded red in the ISW map. An announcement of a negotiated settlement which gives Russia de jure control will not qualify. Actual control must be established. Once Russia captures the intersection, any subsequent loss of control will not be considered towards the resolution of this market. I was going to lol, but I would rather not have a misunderstanding lead to me getting my money tied up here for a couple of days! No. Per the rules, as soon as ISW have completed 2 update cycles with the area shaded, then it's good to go. This has been the case on 100% of Ukraine map markets in the 5 months or so that I've been playing them.
Anyone thinking of disputing: it seems that the map finalisation notice is phased in it's geographical availability. I can see 22 March, but someone I'm talking to on discord still sees 21 March. I would advise against disputing: you will lose. Tysbka has got a record of it, and I've done likewise.

The rules are clear. This market does not resolve just because “the area is red.” The exact intersection (T‑05‑15 × Shakhtarskoi Slavy) must be shaded red on the ISW map, and that shading must persist through the next full ISW update cycle. Nearby red areas, partial shading, or temporary polygons do not qualify. Unless the intersection itself is red and survives an ISW update, the market is not resolved.
I checked every source ISW provided - they have no proof of Rodynske captured, only slight assumption. They say that Russians are already to the west of the village, but this is simply not true; not one of the videos shows that. Fights are on the east of the village and south, and of course inside the village. With geolocations, proof, etc. BUT NOTHING ABOUT THE WEST. And this is their only assumption that the village is taken " The presence of Russian forces west of Rodynske indicates that Russian forces likely seized the settlement on a prior date."
No one cares about the evidence - for the market, a red-colored area on the map is needed, and it’s there.
