This market will resolve to "Yes" if the United States formally acquires any part of Canadian territory by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. Acquisition must be through official government action, such as annexation, treaty, or legislation. The resolution source will be official information from the U.S. government however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
The US needs to ask India if it agrees; if possible, even US territory could be occupied by India.
Decently small chance Alberta succeeds due to being exploited /feeling exploited heavily by Eastern Canada. Moreover the Premier of Alberta hasnt ruled out holding a referendum on the provinces future.

You know nothing of Canadian politics, the demand for an Alberta exit of Canada is miniscule in the grand scale of thing - the wexit party got 2.3% of the vote in constiuencies where they ran candidates last election. Even if somehow this referendum were to pick up enough steam to actually happen, the amount of Albertans that want seperation from Canada is far from a majority
Really, even in 2019 which was 6 years of liberal leadership ago the referendum said 1/3 wanted to secede. I can imagine that number has significantly grown after Trudeau completely wrecked their province.
